Have a husband with chronic COPD and each time we have needed help it has been available immediately. Had a home visit as deemed not sensible to attend surgery. Staff always very helpful and cheerful. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Thank you for the fantastic service I received today. I am a new patient who hadnt even returned his forms yet, but needed an urgent consultation die to an infected bite. I called the surgery at 9.15 am and the staff were extremely helpful, allowing to scan over my docs. They called me back within 20 minutes to finalise and a nurse called me back 30 mins later inviting me for a visit to the centre just one hour later. During my examination in the car park, the nurse could not have been more friendly and professional, despite having to wear PPE and dealing with an incredibly stressful ongoing situation. The Dr approved antibiotics and I was able to collect immediately. From concerned phone call, to consultation, to medication in just over 3 hours - fantastic! Thank you very much.

Receptionists are extremely unhelpful, very rude, impatient and have no empathy. Need more training 100% on how to deal with situations where patients are upset or distressed. I have been extremely distressed, upset & been panicking over the last 3 weeks and this was all totally unnecessary as they had my results the entire time, just have no organisation. I love the nurse Practitioner Ruth, she is warming and makes you feel totally at ease.

In short, if you require non-specialist care then its perfect (i.e. it is clean, staff are friendly and fairly efficient) .. otherwise, I would not recommend. For many years I received very good contraceptive advice and care with Henfield medical center - this involved a simple weight and blood pressure check when picking up a prescription of pills. I recently changed to a different contraceptive which involves their specialist team. Whilst the initial care was very good, I have found it extremely difficult this year to have regular check-ups. When contacting the surgery for advice when there was no appointments available, I found the staff very reluctant to help - at at some points quite rude. I will be switching to a sexual health clinic in Brighton, where ALL the staff are fully qualified to be giving advice on these matters, and have more experience dealing with this specific subset of patients.

had to wait 3 weeks to see doctor had to have x rays and blood tests was asked by doctor to come back in two weeks to see her and get results no unable to get appointment this is so bad !!!!!!!
