Every time I have attended the surgery I have been treated with respect by the receptionists and gps.

Obviously more appointments would be appreciated but other than that it is all very good.

Had my yearly check up yesterday, the nurse was so helpful and friendly and nice to chat to, the receptionist 's are very busy but gave me time to sort out a issue with my pills which I did not receive from my online subscription, she sent a message to the local chemist and I got them delivered, which I was very grateful for her help, at the same time I had appointment cancelled at a hospital and one of the office staff was marvellous at sorting out another appointment for me , again very greatful

I know it's hard at the moment for everyone who works for the NHS but please carry on what you are doing trying to help us .

It isn’t always easy to get an appointment with a doctor and the advice given, that the doctor cannot deal with a variety of symptoms at the appointment is not helpful. In my case it was to do with my heart but the variety of other concerns I have could not be included.

The process is reasonably straight forward and in my case seems to work adequately. From my experience in the waiting room, the main problem is that you have to deal with human beings, some of whom are quite unpleasant.
