Recently had a telephone appointment with Kim the asthma nurse she knew I was still in hospital and was very understanding we did a quick catch up but she was lovely to. I am fairly new to the practise when I first registered I had to have nurse appointments every 48 hours which was given to me for a couple of weeks and your nurses are lovely one even popped into my appointment with another nurse just to see how I was doing I thought that was lovely. So thank you to all of you . Harriet

In my experience with Henfield Medical Centre, I must admit that I have been given a very good service overall. Yes it’s difficult to make an appointment to be seen but I’ve always been offered a telephone consultation on the day and referred quite quickly. I have been particularly impressed and pleasantly surprised with their follow up procedure in more than one occasion. Given the stories one hears in the media about waiting times to get an appointment I personally have no issue with the way the practice is run.

Perhaps more face to face consultations.

Special clinic set up for COVID & Flu vaccination. Worked brilliantly with very minimal waiting and performed very efficiently and pleasantly.

No improvement need.
