Went for flu jab, always well organised and quickly seen. I appreciate being a patient at this surgery as I know friends and work colleagues who don’t get the level of care and service.

Their appointments system is very bad you can't get to see your own doctor

The appointments for your own drs is bad there's no availability

Very well organised. Lovely staff when having injections very professional and thoughtful. Had to pop into reception very efficient and gave me information I needed

There is one receptionist who has a terrible manner,very abrupt rude. Getting an appointment is impossible.Becky,Tom and Lydia are excellent very polite and helpful.

Maybe talk to some receptionist about customer care!
