I am convinced that virtual consultations are more likely to result in some missed accurate diagnoses and patients becoming more ill and needing greater care in the long run. We have experience of this in our own family. It’s still extremely difficult to see a medical practitioner when not an emergency but a debilitating problem; however I understand that this is a countrywide issue which can only be solved by more training and retention of GPs. It’s important that the Medical Centre does not appear to be a fortress keeping out the patients who need it; there is some improvement now, thank you.

I am a registered patient of HMC since 2005 and i don't have any problem with the services and staff. They are very accommodating. The services are excellent. Communication and information are very clear.

I’ve only recently joined HMP since relocating from Kent. The staff on reception are just so helpful, lovely and kind. They will always try and help you, and actually seem to care about their patients. The Doctors themselves are also very kind, caring, empathetic, helpful and actually make you feel you like a person. I’ve had many Doctors over the years and the staff at HMP are certainly the BEST! The surgery is always busy and bustling with never ending phones ringing, but the staff all cope very well. My job means I have quite abit of contact very various surgeries and medical centres, and I can honestly say that HMP is by far the best. Keep up the fantastic work Ladies and Gentlemen, you are all very much appreciated. I wish all surgeries and medical centres are as good as Henfield Medical Practice

Some times the queue time when on hold to be connected with reception is quite long, but this to me is only a minor thing

Fiona saw me for my diabetic review and listened to me and explained what would be in my best interest for my health going forward. Did not feel the appointment was rushed and she understood my concerns.

Have more signs to encourage mask wearing inside Medical Centre.
