From the receptionists to Michael, I couldn’t fault the care my son received. Michael was so accommodating, gave clear explanations and hopefully my son’s condition will improve over time, if not we also know now what to expect. Thank you

As always all the members of staff were helpful , polite, approachable and professional .

I have always been able to have my bloods taken by a member of your team but on this occasion I was told that you no longer take bloods and I would have to make an appointment at one of the hospitals . I found this very disappointing and somewhat difficult as I have a 44 year old disabled daughter who l had to take with me ( very time consuming and stressful )
