This was an appointment for tests after a Drs telephone consultation last week

Nothing further this appt. Person who took my blood for testing found my vein first time, that is unusual as my veins are tricky to find.

Reception prioritises face to face before phones so I normally visit in person. Waiting time on phones is very very poor.

Also at on site dispensery 7 working days too long for repeat prescriptions and hard to work out when drugs will be available. 5 days works because then drugs are available next week at latest.

Depends on telephone queue wait. Dawn treated my father with dignity and respect and was very kind. She made sure she sent a note to the GP to ensure the medication was correct going forward. She also sent off the urine sample as she was concerned about the colour.
