This was an appointment for tests after a Drs telephone consultation last week
Reception prioritises face to face before phones so I normally visit in person. Waiting time on phones is very very poor.

Dawn treated my father with dignity and respect and was very kind. She made sure she sent a note to the GP to ensure the medication was correct going forward. She also sent off the urine sample as she was concerned about the colour.
I found the medical centre very helpful and great to deal with it the nurse who treated me was very calming
