I was quite happy with the way I was treated. This was my first appointment at the asthma clinic and the nurse gave me a comprehensive overview of the condition. We talked about that, although I have not had an attack so far it might be useful to have a salbutamol inhaler should I need it. Also that I could take 2 puffs of my clenil inhaler if my condition worsens. I am happy with the care plan I was sent on-line.

I always get really good service from the practise the staff are friendly and efficient . Unlike other surgery’s if your worried you can get support the same day Couldn’t be happier.

Called at Health centre and given an appointment which I subsequently had to change. Easily achieved

Appointment offered by text and my response was acknowledged immediately. No wait and no complaints.

No problems with asthma check but noted a concerning admin error when checking through my asthma review notes online. Now resolved after a telephone contact call.

There may be an additional wait to get through on the phone but there is clearly a system in place which matches available appointments with those in most need

Nothing in particular, I think the systems and procedures now in place at the surgery have improved significantly over the last few years
