Generally a good surgery...reception staff helpful, Dr's great and thorough, nurses good (couple exceptional), surgery spacious and very clean with lots of facilities.

The downside is getting an appointment or speaking to someone for a query, all done on one line extension, when you call to check on something or change a time for a nurse etc, you at times have to join a very long queue now, I have previously been 16 in the queue and got cut off when someone answered and had to start again. This maybe not so bad if at home, but when you work it means spending all that time, just trying to get through. May be the employed of more staff for this would be benefictional or a separate line and employee for queries that are not appointment based and do not fit into the criteria for the other extensions

I think the desk can be very helpful but much hinges on a personal visit rather than a telephone call. I have nothing but praise for the practitioners who do a splendid job. Face-to-face meetings seem to be infrequent and not sure of the wider rationale. An unexpected telephone call from a private number has now become the norm to discuss treatment.

Greater accessibility on the telephone and perhaps face-to-face meetings rather than telephone calls

The nurse was extremely helpful with what I needed done. Very easy to register that I was there for my appointment using the touch screen. I didn't wait for long to be seen. I was very happy with my experience today.

With today's experience, there is nothing that needs improvement
