I was given the appointment so didn't really have to book myself. Difficult to score as we only moved here in June and luckily have not yet had to book one! The nurse was chatty and informative and made me feel at ease

If there is a need to discuss rather than a simple booking which can be done on line it is necessary to spend some time in the queue on the phone. This is however a well managed queue with regular updates of my position in the queue, and once I get through receptionist always helpful and knowledgeable

It would have been good not to have to wait for my appointment but I recognise this would only be achieved by overcoming shortage of funding from the government and/or staff shortages

We still have not been appointed a DR since DR Shepherd left and still hard to get face to face appointments

Great all round GP practice. Very helpful receptionists, GPs and nurses. A special mention for Fiona, diabetes nurse.
