It always served my wife and I well have always been courteous and answered my problems efficiently. I had a blood test recently with Diane and she was helpful and made me feel relaxed ( as all of the nurses do) I just wished that Lloyds pharmacy was as efficient.

The only problem is my wife has tried to set up me on your website and is having difficulty. It would cut out the waiting time on the telephone when trying to ring for an appointment as opposed to booking an appointment on line. My wife has written this message

Getting to actually speak to someone is difficult. The online service just doesn't have enough options.

I don't want to hear the same messages every time I phone. I know what I want, just give me the option to go to the appointment line immediately

I needed an appointment to have 2 stitches removed . I called in at the Medical Centre and booked an appointment with ease . Receptionist lady was very cheery and helpful . I think all the staff are doing a superb job .
