Henfield Medical Centre consistently deserves an exceptionally high rating. The reception staff, practice nurses and doctors are good humoured, considerate and professional, and the care I have received has been excellent.

Whilst I had a timed appointment and was sitting in a completely empty waiting room an elderly lady arrived at reception with a chest infection having struggled to get to the surgery. There was no one to see her, the first appointment was Tuesday although she was offered a phone call the next day. I would willingly have given up my nurses appointment for her. Where was everyone on a Friday afternoon at 1.30?

Friendly receptionist and doctors. Never have a problem with getting an appointment or having a doctor call me back if needed. Wait times have really gone down too.

Appointments do always seem to run behind a little so this could be improved slightly but it really isn’t too bad

Re getting involved. I was only in for a blood test. So no decision needed to be made. Re helpful receptionist, I didn't need to speak, as I logged in with the automated machine in reception.

Nothing. I turned up and was seen as near as damn it on time. Had my blood taken and then went home. You can't really improve on that.
