In the past few months I have had appointments with the nurses two or three times a week, to have dressings changed on my leg. The nurses have been excellent, very caring and so efficient. They have managed to make almost all of the many appointments that I have had & have contacted me by text to let me know of my next appointment. I have been very impressed by their expertise. My sincere thanks to all of you.

Henfield Medical Centre consistently deserves an exceptionally high rating. The reception staff, practice nurses and doctors are good humoured, considerate and professional, and the care I have received has been excellent.

Whilst I had a timed appointment and was sitting in a completely empty waiting room an elderly lady arrived at reception with a chest infection having struggled to get to the surgery. There was no one to see her, the first appointment was Tuesday although she was offered a phone call the next day. I would willingly have given up my nurses appointment for her. Where was everyone on a Friday afternoon at 1.30?

Friendly receptionist and doctors. Never have a problem with getting an appointment or having a doctor call me back if needed. Wait times have really gone down too.

Appointments do always seem to run behind a little so this could be improved slightly but it really isn’t too bad
