The receptionist listens to your problem and usually asks someone to ring you that day to see whether you need to be seen that day or for advice

My experience was a good one. My Asthma consultant gave me advice and I have a follow up call.

Everything was quick, efficient, straightforward and friendly, and it was easy to reschedule my appointment when I needed to.

Due to the extra burden on the NHS it is not always easy to get the help needed. This is understandable under the circumstances, but frustrating for patients. Generally, the service from the Surgery and staff is very good.
