When I arrived the machine at check in said to go to reception , there was only one lady and she was on phone and really busy . I stood at reception, waited until I was called by nurse and in the time of waiting she was never off the phone . Obviously no one’s fault they are so busy
Kim the asthma nurse was really helpful and happy to answer all questions and give advice and talk through future plan - very reassuring , very professional
Because I have always found it easy to get an appointment when I visit the surgery. I don’t bother trying on the phone so can’t comment on that.
Always get feedback and getting through to the surgery is straightforward.
Always found it very easy to get an appointment, sometimes you’re stuck in a vey long queue to get through on the phone, especially first thing in the morning but have never had a problem getting through if I call later in the day. Reception team always helpful and nurses are very friendly. It’s helpful having the e-consult service so that you don’t always have to phone in and when ordering repeat prescriptions they are very quick to approve them.
A friendly service and didn’t feel at all rushed.
Had a call by the end of the day from my Doctor, to chat about my results.
