Receptionist informed me that Cara was running 10-15 minutes late. Cara was professional, considerate and informative. She made me feel at ease and talked me through the procedure.

I was offered a phone review in regards to my medication which suited me as I didn't need to take time off work. Care was holistic - advice from pharmacist in regards to my general health and follow up appointment. Receptionists always friendly and helpful

I was waiting for a telephone appointment as per a txt message and previous appointment for same thing. I was not called and neither did I receive any notification of it being cancelled. I am now out of medication and am not able to have a supply until this discussion is had.
