Provided great advice and up to date prescription by nurse I think named Fiona. Really kind, helpful and great advice.
Unable to get an appointment time to speak to a GP - Don't provide a time, will call at some time on a specific day which is difficult to arrange your day around.
Receptionists are always fantastic and do their very best to be helpful
Although it isn't easy to see a Dr face to face you can usually see a nurse or get a phone apt with a Dr.
Everyone at Henfield is great we are so lucky. Would love the Partridge Green surgery to re open.
Fiona is a kind, competent professional. I feel completely comfortable being treated by her and know she will give the best advice.
This competence by all medical professionals at the surgery can mean that they can be very busy and so it can be difficult to arrange a not urgent appointment.
It is a shame that the satellite practice has had to close at PG
The telephone waiting line is always pretty long but the staff are working quite hard to help but obviously can't do anything about the long wait for an appointment. A telephone interview is not ideal at all.
Fiona is as accommodating as possible but the time allowed to have a good consultation is far too short.

Dr Haugh was welcoming , professional and anxious to give me the best possible treatment at my appointment yesterday and on the phone a few days earlier
