Everyone from receptionists to nurses and doctors are all always very caring and patient the care myself and my family receive at Henfield medical centres is always excellent
Prearranged appointment for a blood test. I arrived early but was seen early so the service was brilliant. have not answered the question with regards to the receptionist because I booked in via the automated system and also have not answered the question with regards to appointment because it was pre-arranged for me by the medical centre,
I did not complete the part with regards to was it easy to get an appointment because as I said in the narrative above the medical Center gave me the appointment. This intern came out as a read and I had to complete. However, I am colour blind and therefore cannot tell which is red and went round in circles.
It’s very difficult to get an appointment. Receptionist answered the phone but would not make an appointment when we ‘phoned at 8:20. Told us to call back at 8:30.
The automated check-in system was not working when I arrived at the surgery and reception was unattended. Although there were several people in the area behind the reception desk, I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
Receptionist insists on asking about why I need an appointment and then decides when or whether I can see the Doctor. I don’t believe that the receptionist is qualified to triage.
Never had any problems personally with any appointments or decisions.
Everyone is friendly and nice. I feel comfortable and happy with all care I have received for me and my family.
Thanks for supporting my family as well through a traumatic time in 2021. I will never forgot the care and support you gave to my daughter after a long time in intensive care.
