Sometimes I would really need to speak face to face as telephone would not work but you still push for phone talk. Waste of time.

The surgery can be very busy but if having ongoing treatment usually the practitioner makes the next appointment

Doors/coridoor turning circle could be bigger but I appreciate this is not easy to fix

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I have spoken to most of the doctors during the last three months and they were all attentive and as helpful as they could be. It is difficult to get an appointment. But having said that, I can see when I do go to the surgery it’s very busy, non stop queues of patients waiting to ask questions. I think they are all working as hard as they can. We really need to recruit more doctors to maintain the standard and relieve the pressure on them.

There could possibly be a more private section to ask questions. Everyone can hear what you say to the receptionist. Some of this is sensitive
