I was amazed that I was offered an appointment within 3 hrs of calling. The Dr phoned me back only 10-15 mins after my initial phone call. Absolutely love the NHS. This was a great experience.

The building itself is a bit dated and could do with a spruce up but obviously the care and treatment of patients comes before aesthetics of the waiting room

I am delighted to see either Michael or Liam. I find the two of them very thorough and will look around the problem you bring to them. To be honest I prefer the two senior nurse practicioners to the Doctors. I have found it best to go to the surgery and talk to a receptionist. They are extremely helpful and always try to do their best with often limited options.

Separately there is absolutely no continuity of care at the practice. If you want to see a Doctor you cannot see a Doctor of choice without a lengthy delay, unless you are very lucky. I resent having to go through my symptoms with a new Doc every time. They haven't got time to read your record - not with a 10 minute slot.

I was supposed to see ENT Doctor Chapman. It was clear on my notes. But when I arrived at the surgery I found out that I had been booked to see the Registrar instead. While she was extremely nice, friendly and helpful, it was a complete waste of her time and mine. I now have to wait longer to actually get to see the ENT Doctor Chapman.
