I had a pre booked appointment via text, I didn’t need to use reception, the appointment was early, the nurse was chatty and helpful absolutely nothing to complain about.

Reasonable easy - but I will say that the receptionist went above and beyond to get me the appointment I needed And the practice nurse I saw was very good -reassuring and friendly

I cannot fault my visit - a clean friendly practise The staff do their best to accommodate you

I came in with no appointment and explained how ill I felt, very kind receptionist done everything she could I felt very happy at how kind she was.i saw the doctor who again was kindness itself.i now have medication that will hopefully work.i was so impressed by the service.that I posted it on the Henfield village post
