On this particular occasion I had a routine blood test booked for 10.34 via text and before seeing the Nurse I asked at Reception if there was any chance of talking to someone about a reoccurring severe pain in my lower right front side. Incredibly an appointment for 3.30pm That day was found. I was almost in a state of shock when I asked to confirm that it was Actually with My Registered GP = Yes.
Unfortunately when I attended for the 3.30pm appointment my GP was running well over 30 minutes late and the Nurse Practitioner called me out of the Waiting room instead. I was just so grateful to see anyone the same day I said I didn’t mind who I saw. I feel that I had excellent treatment that day - Thank you all so much.

Staff have been courteous and helpful the times i have attended the medical ventre.
An appointment was made for a pharmacist to ring me between 12.40m and 2.40 pm. I waited and at 14.20 had another message to say a call was not necessary. I had gone to some inconvenience to make sure I was available so was not happy at the very late notice cancellation of this appointment
My mother attended a blood test after having a fall at home that morning. . I asked the receptionist if it was convenient for her to see a doctor as I was worried about her knee as she was struggling to walk. She was seen straight away by a lovely doctor who gave her a thorough examination and was able to reassure me, she then had her routine blood test done by a lovely nurse.
