I had no experience of the receptionists as I was phoned and given the appointment by Fiona. As always she was very experienced and helpful during my appointment.

On this occasion there was nothing I can think of that could have been done better.

No nurse appointments available for the whole of January so next appointment had to be made with a neighbouring surgery.

Appointment could have been with a nurse but none available so advanced nurse practitioner had to make time available as need was urgent.
