It’s not that easy
It varies on who you want to see & who answers the phone. I understand its a busy surgery but if you can't get an appointment when you need to & when you do & go there seems plenty of cars but no patients in the waiting room. I think drs & staff need to work together better so there are not the problems there are now.
It seems different staff work & drs work there own way which is not beneficial to their patients
Ryan obviously had a physio or similar background with knowledge and examination skills that I could not have expected from a GP. So he was just the right person to attend to my condition.
When I first phoned for an appt I was asked to use the on line request. I did this but was told that I had to speak to someone. I phoned the surgery back and was offered a phone appt for a weeks time. When I said I’d like something sooner I was asked to phoned at 830 the next morning. I did this and was given a phone appt. Michael phoned and asked me to come in at 1139. So I got an appt which I was grateful for but it took a while.
