I was informed to come to this appointment after sending a letter from a GP I had through life insurance, when I attended I was told that they weren’t the right person and I need blood tests before the referral was made and that I would be contacted either later that day or next day still not heard anything

Communication could have been better as I feel it was a waste of my time and Ryan’s time taking up an appointment when someone else could have used it

I needed to book a smear test; the receptionist was quick, efficient and able to give me an appointment for a time and date I was available.

I was really impressed I was seen promptly by Nurse Fiona and she made me feel relaxed and calm and explained everything. I didn’t feel rushed and was reassured. The text reminder was also really helpful.

The wait on the phone to get an appointment is always frustrating but I’m aware it’s due to high volume of calls.
