Prompt response to my request for a face to face with Michael, seen same morning, short but thorough examination and recommendation for a blood test ( done at Southland's the next morning).

I was the first one to ring for a appointment on Monday but couldn’t get one until Friday, this was not explained why, thankfully I had a appointment with Kim Poole- the lady who treats me for my procedure with breathing, who explained my new Doctor was starting on Friday and would like to get to know me

It would have been easier to understand if the receptionist had explained to me the full situation

It was great. They were running on time. The nurse was lovely and very helpful with my son who had to come with me. I was able to stay and BF in the room whilst the nurse did her notes which was very helpful

There could be toys for the children to play with in the waiting area

Called at 8.30am and got a same appointment for the morning face to face. Doctor was very good and helped my daughter
