It is the first time since covid19 that I had been to see a doctor face to face.

Perhaps you could give out a double booking to have more time to discuss things that would be more than 10 minutes.

Over all the Surgery in General is very good, and Bright and welcoming. Its just thats its not easy to get appointments when you need them, but generally we dont blame the surgery just the volume of work you get for the amount of hours the Doctors can work, maybe you need a few more, but the the Government wouldn't be happy to pay for them I suppose! As Above, more Doctors available, maybe? see my comments above. Maybe an extra person to answer the phone at busy times, one gets very long waits some times when wanting the appointments etc line!! can be expensive too! The only other comment, but it's probably me! Whilst waiting Its almost impossible to read most of what the sign board is saying, either it goes through quicker than I can read it, or the print is way too small!! again probably me !

In this case it was a blood test and I was able to mange and even change my appointment online. This was wonderful.

Trying to get a normal appointment is just about impossible. I don’t even bother.

I am very impressed and grateful for the professional and friendly care that I have received from all involved with the surgery.

I don’t really think that I could make any suggestions to improve the service that I have received.
