It is quite difficult to get hold of them. It took long time to answer due to queu. Better to book appointment in the surgery.

I don't know how they will sort it out.

The nurse I saw was really lovely, obviously very prepared for my appointment and very sweet with my daughter who I had to bring to my appointment.

The waiting room is so loud I find it uncomfortable to wait without headphones as sound seems to bounce easily from the walls and ceiling. It makes it really hard to hear when your name is called (when not wearing headphones!).
