I have always found Henfield surgery helpful and accommodating. Seeing Kim who is always efficient, professional and very approachable. My comments should be passed to Kim, as patients rarely take the time to offer good comments and are quick to offer negative ones and bad press about the NHS. I have no complaints and only praise for a difficult and underpaid job.

Absolutely nothing. As always, an excellent and detailed appointment.

The lovely blood nurse di an trainee Becky made me feel totally at ease.

Nothing more could have been done to make my appointment any smoother easier or prompt

Appointment was booked by surgery & not me. I wasn’t informed why I was having a blood test, until I went in. I stopped all my medication & supplements before the test, as I didn’t know it was just a thyroid test. It would be helpful to be told what the test is for, when texting the appointment, please. Thanks The nurse was lovely & the test pain free.
