Henfield surgery give excellent care and service. I have never had any problems. The nurse was friendly and showed a lot of care. Listened to what I said and explained everything to me. My appointment was on time and the check in is fast and easy to use.

I understand the surgery is busy. If the person who takes my call owns the request and deals with it that would be great. Instead they get you off the phone, another person calls you back and takes all the details agin. Then they still need to check with someone else.

I actually wanted to be referred to Breast a Screening at Worthing ( I am 82 and only allowed screening every 3 years) as I have an uncomfortable feeling in my chest .I am not due for screening until Sept 24..However I was given another ECG and had my blood and blood pressure taken and as given some tablets for indigestion .I would have liked to see my doctor
