Not at all easy to get an appointment

Whilst I was able to get the dose of bisoprolol increased to try to lower my heart rate, as this was a phone consultation obviously the clinician was unable to take my BP. As a result my BP is now through the floor low and I keep almost fainting. This is not the clinician’s fault but that of a system where it is extremely difficult to get a face to face appointment

Zoe the nurse was very helpful and caring. She wouldn’t let me leave the surgery until I had seen a doctor for my blood pressure, then Dr Crawford-Clarke was also very kind and helpful.
Suggested improvements
I believe there could be more seating and a better ambience in the waiting room.

It is not easy to get a face to face appointment but I appreciate the fact that the Drs are very busy and short staffed
