It is increasingly difficult to get an appointment, and being told to “try again in a couple of days” doesn’t instill confidence

Not at all easy to get an appointment

Whilst I was able to get the dose of bisoprolol increased to try to lower my heart rate, as this was a phone consultation obviously the clinician was unable to take my BP. As a result my BP is now through the floor low and I keep almost fainting. This is not the clinician’s fault but that of a system where it is extremely difficult to get a face to face appointment

Zoe the nurse was very helpful and caring. She wouldn’t let me leave the surgery until I had seen a doctor for my blood pressure, then Dr Crawford-Clarke was also very kind and helpful.

I believe there could be more seating and a better ambience in the waiting room.

It is not easy to get a face to face appointment but I appreciate the fact that the Drs are very busy and short staffed

I think you are all doing the very best you can given the circumstances

I am still waiting for other referrals to come through

For the blood test everything was great thank you and receptionist helpful and a nice manner
