I was seen the same day, but had my doctor who I saw the week before had done more this appt wouldn’t have been necessary

The clinicians here are great and incredibly caring and have been fantastic with anything I've needed. Receptionists all need to get their heads knocked together and sent on some kind of customer service training.

It is increasingly difficult to get an appointment, and being told to “try again in a couple of days” doesn’t instill confidence
