It isn’t always easy to get an appointment with a doctor and the advice given, that the doctor cannot deal with a variety of symptoms at the appointment is not helpful. In my case it was to do with my heart but the variety of other concerns I have could not be included.

Suggested improvements
The process is reasonably straight forward and in my case seems to work adequately. From my experience in the waiting room, the main problem is that you have to deal with human beings, some of whom are quite unpleasant.
