I was called for the passport to health, reservation was sent by text with the choice of days which I found very convenient, checked in at the self checkin so didn’t have anything to do with the receptionist, called in on time, nurse was polite friendly and very efficient. I have never had a problem with the surgery which I have been with since 1987
