It varies on who you want to see & who answers the phone. I understand its a busy surgery but if you can't get an appointment when you need to & when you do & go there seems plenty of cars but no patients in the waiting room. I think drs & staff need to work together better so there are not the problems there are now. It seems different staff work & drs work there own way which is not beneficial to their patients

The system at the moment needs to be changed to help everyone including drs & staff & patients
