Appointments are always difficult to get face to face however the telephone appointments have been very good and I’m happy to communicate this way
Suggested improvements
If the surgery could have an electronic screen system for alerting patients to come forward to consulting room,
I always feel sorry that nurse or the doctor have to come to the waiting room to collect patient. Or though I expect they welcome the exercise!!
