I saw the diabetic nurse Fiona and I always find her very helpful and caring as are the other nurses that I have had contact with. I had a face to face appointment which she arranged following a referral regarding my medication. However in respect of getting an appointment to see my doctor at the surgery or in fact any doctor I find virtually impossible as you cannot get beyond the reception staff.

My appointment was not on time but I fully appreciate that all the nursing staff appear to be overworked and doing their best.
