As always all the members of staff were helpful , polite, approachable and professional .

I have always been able to have my bloods taken by a member of your team but on this occasion I was told that you no longer take bloods and I would have to make an appointment at one of the hospitals . I found this very disappointing and somewhat difficult as I have a 44 year old disabled daughter who l had to take with me ( very time consuming and stressful )
