If there is a need to discuss rather than a simple booking which can be done on line it is necessary to spend some time in the queue on the phone. This is however a well managed queue with regular updates of my position in the queue, and once I get through receptionist always helpful and knowledgeable

Suggested improvements
It would have been good not to have to wait for my appointment but I recognise this would only be achieved by overcoming shortage of funding from the government and/or staff shortages
