It always served my wife and I well have always been courteous and answered my problems efficiently. I had a blood test recently with Diane and she was helpful and made me feel relaxed ( as all of the nurses do) I just wished that Lloyds pharmacy was as efficient.

Suggested improvements
The only problem is my wife has tried to set up me on your website and is having difficulty. It would cut out the waiting time on the telephone when trying to ring for an appointment as opposed to booking an appointment on line. My wife has written this message
