It’s usually not easy to get an appointment however in this instance Judith took on board that the physios at Southlands Hospital were concerned about a new symptom when I arrived for a cardiac rehab class, and she made sure that I received same day phone triage. Michael phoned me within half an hour and after a good discussion arranged for me to go in to see him the next morning

Suggested improvements
This time it was a good experience, however a previous visit to the surgery when I have requested an appointment with my doctor to discuss my medication since open heart surgery I was told there was nothing available for a week and that I had to go back in a couple of days to try again. This was very stressful as I have been concerned about my recovery.
