Witnessed 20 minutes of receptionist interaction with patients and, while she wasn’t unpleasant, she was almost entirely unhelpful.. sending patient after patient away unhappy with the service. Even a patient who had ceased to take medication because of side effects was only offered a phone call a fortnight away. Hopeless.

Suggested improvements
Almost everything. But I’m told the surgery has a poor reputation in the NHS locally.
