Call wait times too long, reception auto registration system not working and no sign to advise of such - reception staff having to walk back and forth to check patient details in their normal workstation as no work around system at front of desk - which then meant people were late for their appointment and the doctors were unaware of the reasons- additionally reception staff asked personal questions out loud to a person in the queue in front of me - which is impersonal and inappropriate and left the person with no option but to discuss their medial issue out loud and in public.

Suggested improvements
Find a way that “trusted patients” can make appointments online even in excess of the 14 day(?) Period and then have to confirm electronically 2 and then 1 day in advance and then have a three strikes and out policy that means if they miss an appointment they have to talk to someone to discuss why they feel they can abuse the system before they are trusted to use the system. Sort out how you operate when the check in system isnt working Don’t ask medial questions out loud - it’s just plain wrong
