Telephone consultation which was slightly later than that promised, although to be fair I had 2 texts, one with a specific time and the other with a period of time. I was able to understand the reason for the consultation and was able to give honest answers to the posed questions.

Suggested improvements
Avoid duplication, or where a telephone consultation is running late an uptodate text may alleviate any anxiousness.
