My husband and I have attended Henfield Medical Centre over many years, and have always had excellent clinical care. We like the system of a dedicated doctor, but also have praise for the duty doctor system, which ensures that you will be dealt with the same day, either by telephone or, if necessary, by a visit to the Centre. The clinicians are responsive and caring, and are prepared to spend enough time with you to ensure that a full diagnosis is completed. Generally, the Centre runs efficiently. The recent recruitment of a senior nurse practitioner has been of great benefit to the duty doctor system - my husband was seen by him at short notice late on Friday afternoon, and found the consultation very beneficial.
