On ringing to surgery, the receptionist was really kind, and I felt she wanted to help me with getting my problem seen to promptly. I was then booked in to receive a call back. The doctor rang me back promptly and we discussed the issue, he then arranged for me to go to the surgery. He was very accommodating with fitting the appointment around my work that day. The doctor was informative of my problem, kind, understanding and non judgemental with our conversations that took place and his advice was helpful, also making a plan going forward should I experience this issue again. I felt at ease and listened to. I collected my medication on the way out. Treatment started ASAP what more could I have asked for.

Suggested improvements
On this occasion, nothing. Thank you In the past I have experience a delay in receiving a follow up plan to blood pressure readings, But when prompted that matter was dealt with promptly.
