Can be a bit of a long winded process to get an appointment as restrictions about how far ahead you are able to book an appointment apply. The receptionist was helpful in booking me an appointment and letting me know. Reminders were sent beforehand.My appointment on this occasion was a follow up, I was seen on time and the outcome was very satisfactory.

Suggested improvements
A delay in the "lists going up' meant I was unable to book the appointment myself I understand you should be able to book up to two weeks ahead, however, the receptionist booked for me on my chosen day and promptly let me know
