The telephone waiting line is always pretty long but the staff are working quite hard to help but obviously can't do anything about the long wait for an appointment. A telephone interview is not ideal at all. Fiona is as accommodating as possible but the time allowed to have a good consultation is far too short.

Give me a double slot or have more time.
