I had some health issues early in the year that were completely mismanaged and could have had very severe consequences. Thankfully all was redeemed in the end and my care since has been outstanding. I was quite upset and angry about the mistakes that were made but I have been blown away with the accountability the surgery took for their failings and the work they have put in to rectify. All the reviews about appointments are sadly true but this is the case everywhere, not just at Henfield. They do however continue to offer the best service they can whilst under immense pressure due to high patient numbers, covid backlog and ridiculous red tape. The covid and flu vaccination clinics have been the most efficient of any others I know of.
